The new collection features Softshell fabric providing active stretch, windproof and breathable performance combined with great water resistance. The Softshell fabric is a three ply laminate with a very tough and tightly woven stretch fabric on the outside with a cosy 3D fleece liner. In between is a laminated membrance, which assists weather protection. These three elements work together to deliver an incredible balance of protection against wind and rain, excellent breathability, balanced wamth and soft stretch fit. How It Works With an outside temperature of +5°C, but with a wind of 30km/h, it actually feels like -6°C... NOW THAT’S WIND CHILL! In these conditions the insulating layer of warm air between your body and your outer clothing is blown away by the wind. However, if the wind is blocked with Cold Killers the layer of insulating warm air remains, heat loss is prevented and you stay warmer for longer. Cold Killers is made from a 100% windproof hydrophilic membrane called Singtex.
