The A-Pro pilot race suit is a top quality suit made from full grain carefully selected 1.2-1.4mm cowhide leather. It has a precurved cut for maximum rider comfort and a removable zip in mesh liner for added safety and ease of washing. An aerodamic race hump is fitted on the back for added protection and rider stability. The Pilot race suit fits like a race suit should nice and snug without all the pulling and pinching that you would expect from a lower spec suit. This snug comfortable fit is made possible with a combination of using soft full grain hide in the main construction and the use of strategically placed stretch cordura panels on the inner arms,rear calf area of the leg and in the crotch area. Additional use of pleated leather on the back of the shoulders,lower back and above the elbows ensure no restriction of movement without compromising safety. Safety is further enhanced with the use of hard back easy flex impact absorbing ce approved armour on the elbows,shoulders and knees,further protection is given by using armour on the area between the knee and the shin. Back protection is increased with the use of high density impact absorbing EVA foam fitted in a pocket within the back of the suit.
For increased rider comfort the suit is perforated on the chest area,waist and leg with additional air scoops moulded onto the shoulders. Heavy duty double or triple stitching is used throughout and additional leather panels are sewn into the backside for increased abrasion resistance.
